Payment

Credit card (Visa, Master Card, AE), Paypal, Payme and FPS are available. 

Delivery Policy

  1. The product will be shipped via SF Express.

  2. Free shipping within Hong Kong for orders over $800.

  3. After placing an order and paying, please keep all deposit slips/transfer slips/online banking transaction records/all payment records until you receive the products, otherwise our company reserves the right not to acknowledge the payment and delivery.

  4. Products in-stock will be shipped within 3 working days after order confirmation. The production time for pre-order products ranges about 1 to 4 weeks, our company will ship the product within 3 working days after the products are completed.

  5. Since third-party logistics is involved, the delivery time is subject to actual conditions, and the required working days may be affected by special circumstances: such as remote areas, bad weather, or customs inspections, etc., which may delay the delivery time. Customers are advised to check the delivery status with each courier company within the normal delivery time limit. If the shipment has not been received after the delivery time limit, customers can request our company to follow up.

Cancellation or Refund

  1. Cancellation or Refund will be accepted within 2 days right after your purchase.

  2. Handling charge will be occur if you cancel the order over 2 days, normally it will be 30% of the original price. And if you pay your order via Credit Card/Payme/FPS, handling charge will be deducted of your amount.

  3. Please keep the package when you return the product, otherwise, charges will be occured.

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Products will not be returned/exchanged unless it is severely damaged/stained.

  2. The returned products must be in brand new and unused condition, without damage or stains, not exposed to water, without the tags removed (if any), and all original packaging of the goods must be intact (including all SF packaging, tags, packaging bags, boxes, etc.) , No additional smells such as perfume/cigarette/body odor/laundry detergent/alcohol.

  3. Returned goods will not be accepted if they are not in brand new condition, are damaged or stained, have had their tags removed, are not intactly packaged, or have residual odor that is not the product itself (such as perfume/cigarettes/sweat/laundry detergent/alcohol).

  4. If there is a lack of products /the products do not meet the return conditions, they will not be processed. The returned goods will be sent back directly with SF Express freight collect without further notice. Any costs and risks incurred will be borne by the customer. The products will be sent directly back to the buyer using SF Express freight collect without further notice. Any costs and risks incurred will be borne by the customers.

  5. If customers find defects or any problems with the products delivered by SF Express upon receipt, please contact customer service to request a return within 24 hours of signing for the goods (subject to the official SF Express system receipt and delivery records).

  6. After confirming that the status of the goods meets the conditions of the return policy, our company will notify customers of the status of customers’ return application as soon as possible.
